The add-ons has been enhanced to have better eVoting passcode email formatting.
The Add-on has been tested with Non-Profit GSuite account for voting participants limit of 1000. Confirm your Google account type, limitation and Quotas here.

eVoting Passcode System Installation Guide (Step-by-Step) !Computer Only!

Step 1. Go to https://script.google.com/home/usersettings and click on Google Apps Script API.
Step 2. Make sure the Google Apps Script API is set to ON. If it is not, select the blue slider on the right to turn ON.
Step 3. Create a Google Form and name the Google Form. Copy the URL (refer to FAQ if you do not know what is URL).
Step 4. Install the Cre8tive eVoting Passcode System add-on by clicking the icon on the right with the orange plus sign. (Make sure to sign in the account that you shared to us upon purchasing the add on) ⇒
Step 5. Authorization is required for first time user, click "Review Permissions" when pop-out appear as below.
Installation:
Step 6. Select and sign-in to your account. (Make sure to sign in the account that you shared to us upon purchasing the add on)
Step 7. There will be a pop up saying that "This app isn't verified". Press the "advance" wording located on bottom left.
Step 8. Scroll down and click on "Go to eVoting Passcode System Installation (unsafe)".
Step 9. Review all the permission and press the blue "Allow" button on the end of page.
Step 10. You should see the screen shown up as below (if nothing showed up, press on the orange plus sign again)
Step 11. Paste the URL that you have copied on step 3 in the text box, then press submit. (Example of the URL: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1mtx-5NX_MF4hcgEKa6A9sL98qJQdYlHKolsTOTNtJtM/edit)
**The link should end with /edit**
Step 12. You should see the installation begin, wait for the "Installation Complete" message to show before close this tab. If you receive Installation Error or any other error, contact Cre8tive Now.
Step 13. Once Installation succeed, go to your Google Form and you should have the puzzle icon on top right with Cre8tive eVoting Passcode System selection.
Step 14. To install the Cre8tive eVoting Passcode System add-on on other Google Form, repeat Step 10 - 13 by pasting the new Google Form URL.
(If you purchase the add-on in Shopee, press "order received" in Shopee, then you can continue to use the Add-on.)
Note: To remove this app from your authorization, go to your profile and press "Manage your Google Account". Then select "Security" tab. After that, look for "Third-party apps with account access" , press "Manage third-party access". Look for "eVoting Passcode Installation" and press remove. Once the application is removed, you will need to re-authorize the app to use back the installation.
